The Website is available at widr.app or at any other address which may be used instead of it, as well as at different mobile application stores.

Access to the Website
Registration: In order to register for our Services you must provide true and accurate information and share your current mobile phone number, and in case of change you should update the phone number details using our in-app feature. You hereby agree to receive messages with registration codes necessary to obtain services and sent by us or our contractors.

No part of the Content in whole or in part, for free or at a charge, can ever be modified, reproduced, copied, duplicated, sold, resold, transmitted, published, communicated, distributed, disseminated, represented, stored, used, rented or otherwise exploited by you or any third party without express prior written permission by Widr on a case-to-case basis, regardless of the means and/or media used thereto whether known as of today or created in the future; and you shall be solely responsible for any such unauthorized use and/or operation.

Each user of the Website who, on their own initiative, publishes any textual or other (graphic, media, audio, etc.) (the “Content”) thereby states that this material is not confidential and free from any intellectual property rights and allows Widr to retain and reuse this Content, among other, for commercial purposes.
Widr is not responsible for the Content posted by its users. Widr has no obligation to return, delete, control or preserve this Content.
Users hereby agree not to publish any Content that:
- can be defamatory, insulting, hateful, promoting violence, discrimination,
- contravenes any applicable regulations, or any contractual or legal obligations
- infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights
Widr undertakes no obligation to maintain the Content posted on the Website and reserves the right to remove any Content immediately and giving no reasons.
The Content is never altered by Widr, except for moderation purposes, without this being an obligation of Widr.

The data collected on the Website or Application is owned by Widr. It is subject to computer processing aimed to handle your request and our commercial management, in particular to:

Your data may be transmitted by Widr to third parties for the purposes of market research, provided that you have agreed thereto in the submitted registration form.
The fields of the registration forms followed by an asterisk are mandatory. Otherwise, we will not be able to consider your request for information or registration.
We may also collect data on how you are using the Website, such as the pages you visit or the services you use, in order to better understand your expectations and improve the Website work.

You can access the tools to rectify, update and delete your information directly in the application. If we are processing your data in our legitimate interests, the interests of third parties or public interests, you may object to such processing. We will then stop processing your information unless the processing is based on compelling and legitimate reasons or is justified from a legal point of view. You can also object us processing your information and learn more about the options available to limit our use of your information here. When we use your information for the direct marketing of our own Services, you may at any time object to future marketing messages and unsubscribe with the unsubscribe link included in these messages.
The email address and password that you specify when signing up and creating a personal account on the application is personal and confidential. If you wish to modify them, log in and access “My profile” section of your personal area, where you can also modify your contact information.
However, Widr can access the offers you select in your personal space and study them to better determine your expectations and needs.
When you log in to your personal space, a cookie is installed on your computer to facilitate your use of this account during browsing. Should you mind that, refer to the “cookies” section of this legal information.
If you no longer want to use your personal space on Widr.app, you can delete it from the homepage of your personal space (you must login to access it). After validating the deletion of your account, you will no longer have access to the online modification of your personal information.
